Articulate Storyline sample
This sample is a generic version of the content provided to the organization.
Convert classroom training modules into e-learning for the organisation’s legacy products. Make improvements to the content where required. These products are no longer marketed, but they still require servicing, as there are still customers for them.
The e-learning courses must highlight the background, differences, and similarities between the organization’s flagship voluntary money product, providing sufficient information to enable both new and existing employees to grasp the material and assist the caller quickly. The course duration should be 30 minutes or less, allowing the agent to work through the course and call the customer back if they are unsure of the rules.
New employees must have completed and demonstrated competence in the prerequisite modules before attempting this course. This encourages integrated learning and helps the learner understand the differences and similarities between legacy and flagship products.
