Hi

I am an experienced Learning and Development specialist, with more than 20 years of experience in facilitating learning programs, including designing and developing learning materials.  I enjoy finding challenges relating to learning and development in an organisation and coming up with solutions.  I enjoy finding ways to break down complex information into small chunks to make it easier for the learner to grasp.  I am currently upskilling myself to focus more on Instructional Design and e-learning.
